Under tile glue?

Hi All

I guy came to quote for our floor and said that we'd need a glue first so that the tiles stick. What type of glue did he mean? If you see the pic of the floor its very solid, like concrete really. Any ideas?

the floor in your picture is tiled, not concrete or terazzo.

I know, I have another clue. He said it would need to be put down the day before.

I ask if he meant Pva, in which case get another tiler.

He might have been suggesting acrylic primer (but that only takes about half an hour to dry), but foxhole makes a good point. Double check with him, and then get a couple more quotes.
