Underfloor heating issue ROTH

Hi all,

We’ve had our UFH for a year and it’s all been working fine. A couple of weeks ago its just stopped calling the boiler for heat. The thermostats are all showing the sun blinking calling for heat and the pump and actuators all switch on and open and I can hear the water going round but the boiler wont switch on.

When I switch the rads on upstairs the boiler works fine.

Had a plumber and Electrician round who have said everything is is mechanically sound and all wired up correctly and they can’t work out why its not calling for heat?

Any ideas, don’t know what to do

If it's not calling for heat then it has to be unit that sends the call for heat to the boiler isn't sending the signal, is there a 2 port valve on the flow/return or is it all managed by the Roth controller. Both need to be checked for function.

Presume that's the WIFI/NET module beside it?
