Underfloor heating manifold whirring / humming

Hi, I am not even sure if I have a problem or not. I have had underfloor heating installed but the manifold creates a whirring / humming sound when running. The guy who installed it says that is the noise they make. I am not sure if this is truly the case and he can’t be bothered to sort it. I would be very grateful if anyone could advise on whether they do actually run with an annoying sound or whether something might be wrong. Any help with is would be gratefully received.

Assuming it has its own pump you are goi to get some operational noise
