underfloor heating

I have looked at the reyotec electric system and a one that looks similar called allbrite but I am unsure how it can be so efficient (I am assuming they are both the same system) when I spoke to one of the guys, cant remember wich company, but they said about 1p - 3p to 10 sqare meters per an hour Surely that cannot be right ? can it ? the allbrite site has a bit more info on it with regards to how it is more efficient but I would like to know if anybody else has used there system or has any comments.

The allbrite site is www.allbriteuk.co.uk and I am thinking of using reyotec or allbrite to heat my home but am in more need of information.

I have spoken to both companies but just wondered if anybody had personal experience of this form of heating. I am sceptical about what sales people tell me as they want to sell their product at the end of the day.
