I would like to instal insulation below the flooring and then lay floor tiles with electric underfloor heating.

What precautions do I need to take to combat wet or dry rot as there will be little or no air circulation across the timbers blanketed by insulation?

Are there no airbricks/vents in the wall which ventilate the void under floor?

There are several vents to circulate air underfloor. My concern is the area between the insulation (blanket) and floorboards

The insulation will be between the timbers, the bottom of the timbers will be exposed to the cavity, but as this is vented then condensation won't be an issue.
