I am thinking of putting a new kitchen in. This will be in a different place to the existing one. The only problem I can foresee is the waste. There is an inspection chamber outside where the new kitchen is to be installed. I can dig a pathway to the chamber, but not sure how to connect the waste to it.

Can I run 1"half under the ground and just tumble the waste into the chamber via a cored hole, or do i have to remove the brickwork into the chamber and use a pre-made fitting.

Any advice or actual regulations on this will be appreiciated.

You don't say how far away the inspection chamber is. Point being that all new underground soil stacks have to be inspected before they are covered in and then subsequently pressure tested. So given that you have to speak to BCO, do it now and they will tell you what they expect in this situation.
