underground pipe

If i have two areas i want waste pipe 110mm to travel from under a block and beam floor to an outside manhole. ( shower 1 position, toilet the other)
Am i best running two pipe runs or can i use one of these to join the two then have one run to the outside?

The drain from the shower, although unlikely to ever get blocked, wouldn't
be accessible from the inspection chamber. So would probably be better on its own drain run. (2 pipes)
