if meter tails are undersized, who's responsible for changing them? today i was changing a CU for someone and there is 6mm^2 T+E as meter tails to an RCD and was the same to CU (altho i have put 25mm^2 from RCD to CU)

i wanted to ask bout it first before i break any seals. REC fuse is 80A and tails from fuse to meter are 25mm^2

Meter onwards is the customers responsibility. Although, it is the responsibility of the REC/DNO to connect YOUR tails (already connected to the CU or simimlar) to their meter.

Some REC's/DNO's charge to connect, others do-not. Many sparks do it themselfs, although this isn't strictly allowed.
