understairs toilet

I'm making the area under my stairs into a toilet with small hand basin.
My question relates to ventilation.
There is no adjacent outside wall so.....
Is it feasible to vent down with the aid of an in-line fan, and under my suspended floor to a suitable place where I can exit through a hole cut in the outside wall ?
thanks for any advice,
George

A 4" hole somewhere between joists and above dpc. Normal external grill fitted on the outside wall. I'm thinking I could run this in rigid pipe.
Because the porch area (which is now more of a front extension) having a concrete floor, the run would also have to be quite long.
