UNICLIC QUICKSTEP INCIZO - To cover a drain??

Hi, do you think we could use the quickstep incizo to cover a couple of drains we have? We have some make shift covers at the moment that look terrible.

Any potential problems with this? Any other suggestions. We were foolish to leave the drains accessible but need to find a solution.
