Uninstall fire door

I am building a breezeway off my house into the garage area, I need to remove the fire door and, I hope, re-install it i the new wall. I have never worked with these doors before and wonder if I can remove it without destroying the door-frame.

And, can I then use it again do you think?

The current door looks as if it is nailed into the drywall and door-frame.

Any tips for easy removal?

this is a UK forum. Our building regulations are very different to yours, and so are out techniques and materials.

Over here, you would take the hinges off the door or its frame, and either move the frame, or fit a new one.

I don't understand the concept of a door being nailed to a wall or to a frame, and I don't know what a breezeway is..
