I need to build up the unit rate of following item

Tiles ; bedding and jointing in
cement and granite fines (1:3)
bedding to the stated thickness ;
pointing in coloured cement

wall strings * (average) high ;
square top edge ; coved bottom
edge ; stepped following
profile of treads and risers ;
on * bedding

* is which need to find to by myself

Can anyone give me the detail and resource of the work??
such as Gang labour = have how many skill labour and unskill labour
Output of skilled labour = how many tile/nr in hour
