Unknown Overflow Pipe

Hello everyone, first post. Was surfing trying to find some info & this site looks by far the best i've come across.

My problem is that i have an overflow pipe leaking in the garage. It just sticks out of the garage wall and leaks straight onto the garage floor. the water looks a sort of bluey antifreeze colour and I havent got a clue where this pipe is leading from. There is another overflow pipe outside which i'm sure is from the combi boiler.

Anyone have any ideas of how you can find out where the problem is coming from?

Never know what the wife sticks in there. Just checked the downstairs toilet and there is a bluey in it. Poured some water down the overflow and hey presto, out on the garage floor it came.
