You run it into a drain, assuming they have drains for toilets etc.

Provided it has a tun dish it's perfectly acceptable.

It is best to fit a DHW heat bank/thermal store in these situations.

If there is no existing drainage then you dont.

How come you didn't pick this up on the site survey and suggest another location :?

A vented heat bank/thermal store with a detached header tank above ground level will do it. Sorted.

You will find yourself in trouble if no natural drainage as you will find Nobody makes a sump pump that will handle water in excess of 95'c
a friend of mine landed himself in hot-water (no pun) recently when he fitted one of these in a basement on the instruction of a consultant, a long and legnthy litigation followed and my friend copped the rap, sylinder had to be re-located further up the building so DONT DO IT!!!!

An excellent example of why we should all have Professional Imdemnity insurance

Hear Hear!! The Judge said that it was the Installer that held G3 certification and therefore should "have known better"

If you are professional and know this business you will not need to claim on indemnity.
