We have a Unvented, direct hot water cylinder with a separate expansion vessel.

What pressure should this be set to?

Are they standard items (ie for boilers) or are they special to these cylinders?

Pressure will normally be given in the cylinder's instructions, expansion vessel is a special one for potable water

yeah thanks for that, it is white.

its pretty inaccessible, apart from the schrader valve, just.

i wanted to check the pressure inside it, to check it was correct as im having a issue with the hot water.

roughly what should the pressure be?

can i also use the trick, that if water comes out, its blown?

thanks.
