Where does the expansion vessel go on a range unvented cylin

Your qualified installer will know that. Unvented cylinders are not suitable for diy.
 
If you need to ask that then don't go any further.If you are diying one of these then you are outside your comfort zone.

definetly not DIY, look for mythbusters on youtube to show you why.

BTW it must be notified to building control. ;)
 
He's going to fit it himself.
It isn't illegal to do so - and if you think there are no safety cut-outs and pressure relief valves to prevent explosion - then none of you are fit to practice.

The installaion of an unvented hot water system requires notice to be given to the local authority building control department by means of a Building Control Notice.
This is not required if the installation has been carried out by an individual/business who has registered with a competent person schemme for the purposes pf self-certifying unvented hot water storage system installations.
If you choose not to join a Competent Persons Scheme you will need to notify your local Building Control Department of the installation before commencing work.

Its positioned beside the cylinder and connects to the safety group.
You can learn that much just looking at the brochures. Which is what I just did. :rolleyes:
 
joe its 150 pound course to be allowed to fit these thing and to fix them it praticaly an acs qual
