Hi, I have recently moved house which has a Baxi Ecoblue Advance 19 boiler retrofitted in 2018 which supplies hot water to a Santon unvented tank upstairs. I have tried to turn the water temperature down on the tank thermostat, however it does not seem to have any control cables installed at the tank, therefore i assume no feedback to the boiler. Any ideas how to control water temperature with this configuration? Cheers.

If your unvented cylinder really has no connected thermostat (difficult to believe but not impossible)
You need urgently need someone G3 registered to sort it.
If it is as you say undoubtedly needs servicing as well.
Maybe some clear pictures of cylinder?

As suggested ..... Post a pic of where on the cylinder you are talking about. Then give us a pic of the whole front of the cylinder
