The bulb has gone after many years in a wall Up lighter but I can't seem to remove it. Is there a nack? Not sure what type it is but the photo is this. Any suggestions welcome. Thank you
The glass cover should be removed first, looks like a couple of screws are holding in place, may need slacking off so holding clips are out of way. But may just move without any additional help.
The lamp (bulb) will be on spring contacts, so will need a little force to push it so free.
If the lamp is of an age, the glass maybe fragile, so suggest wearing some protective gloves, to prevent against cuts if the tube breaks.
bulb! you mean lamp my dear, unless you intend to plant it in the garden that is?
Hope the removal was trouble free as mentioned early, when replacing the new lamp be careful not to touch it directly with fingers, you should get a cloth like shroud with the lamp, use that to protect it when installing, they don't like greasy fingers.
