I have drawn a rough diagram of my loft in microsoft word but cant upload it because it's in the wrong format. What do i have to do?

Open the document
Edit - Select All
Edit - Copy

Start up MS Paint (in All Programs/ Accessories)
Edit - Paste
Save with the file type set to JPG.

Post the Jpg to the web site.
