UPVC Creaking,noise.

Hello all,i have been looking at buying a flat,the outside above the patio door has upvc fascia where the gutter is mounted and a upvc patio door (to balcony).
The fascia is held on with nail in,plastic head nails and the gutter is screwed.

When I was there the sun came out and the noise from this area was very loud,creaking,banging,tap tap tap sounds and when the sun was obstructed by clouds the same noise again,this can be heard through out the flat.

Is this normal for upvc ? and could it be more of a serious problem in the future.

Normal with pvc rainwater goods, but not a serious issue unless you don't like creaking/popping noises.

I have a second viewing today and I will have more time to have a better look.
Yes the noise would annoy me,its a very quiet flat and any noise can be easily heard.

Any uPVC can be noisy and creaky but it's much worse with dark colours - brown or black. I've known people change to white to solve this.
