Upvc door adjustment

We have a rosewood upvc door which is a stuggle to lock especially in the summer, its not great in the cold either!

We are having to force the handle up in order to engage the lock

Attached is a pic which shows how our hinge looks like, i can only see two adjustments one underneath the hinge and the other directly in front

Could anyone kindly explain how I can adjust the door so we can have a smooth lock operation?
