Upvc door expands in hot weather

How do I resolve this?
In hot weather, as we're currently having, the door has expanded so much that it won't close. The handle itself is catching on the frame.
I can't seem to see anywhere on the hinges for adjustment and if I did, I know that it'd be leaking come the cold weather
I suspect the effect is exaggerated by having the adjacent window in upvc, presumably also expanding.
Any solutions?

Mine did the same on the record hot day in 2022. Expanded by 10mm and wouldn't close. Try cooling it down with a hosepipe?

It's a very old door looking at the handle and Lincoln pattern glass which is discontinued, the hinges also, common in that era in the 80s early 90s with zero adjustment. To save buying a new door maybe now might be the time to get a window/door doctor in and bin the hinges for a modern flag hinge with 10mm of lateral adjustment
