Yes, euro cylinders come in many sizes(in 5mm increments).
They are measured from the middle of the screw hole, to the front and back of the lock...

Does it look like the locks been changed as the house is only 3 years old.

Find it hard to believe they didn't chase persimmon up about this

Definitely looks like the locks have been changed at some point, Typical handyman job of bung in any lock that fits.
Are both locks on the door the same and are they keyed alike?
Might be worth changing both for some 3* security (anti bump, snap, drill) and keyed alike pair.

Can you access the screw for the cylinder on the slave door? If its not visible you will have to either remove the flying mullion or mark out exactly where the screw is and drill an access hole (makes life easier if you ever need to change them again).

only downside to keyed alike is if you or another key holder loses a key... ours are all keyed alike ABS Avocet. Others makes are available, but they are quite significantly more expensive than a fairly useless bog standard euro lock.

Very true.
Keyed alike pairs are quite reasonably priced though as thats the way French doors are normally made. Keyed alike tends to get expensive when you want more than 2 as the extra locks have to be manually pinned the same

I'll have a look tomorrow I'm not sure I can access the barrel

Whip off the locking plate and take a look. If there is no access hole make your own (about 10mm should do).
Work out where the crew will be from the other door.

Taking the mullion off and getting it back in the exact right spot can be a bit tricky so a hole is easier
