how do i adjust a upvc door which is running off high at right lower at left side which hindge of the three hindges do i adjust and which direction do i turn the allen key thanks in advance

put a pencil mark on the door by the hinge pate, turn the allen key and watch which way the door moves.

you can pull the top and let the bottom out. or just do one or the other.

the important thing is not to misalign any of the various bolts keeps and latches.
