UPVC Door

My UPVC door that that has flag hinges wont fully open, it just stops about 3/4 when you open it, not the end of the world but quite annoying. The bottom hinge is slghtly loose to the door, but i cant see how to take the cover off to check it.

Tried to find some guides online but with no success, any pointers?

If it truly is flag hinges the door should just lift off when open.
