Upvc fascia

Having upvc fascia installed as existing wood rotten. Guys haven't yet finished but I notice the corner has been left as shown on photo. How could this be improved?

Also joining strip is nailed both sides and isn't tight at bottom. Is this normal?

I have just posted about new fascias. This is how the box section has been finished. It doesn't look right at all. Isn't there a larger sheet you can use to do it in one piece?
