Hi everyone :D I want to have a go at fitting a new d/g back door. When the door arrived it is pre-glazed. Too heavy and not enough space to fit with the glass in. Question is how do you remove the internal beading to be able to remove the glass??

A couple of filler knives do the trick for me, work one into the gap once its in slide it up then down bead should pop off.
Do the longer sides before the top and bottom and remember which order there in for replacing, all brands of door are diff and some beads can be very tight fitting!!!!
For reglazing put your top/bottoms on first then push the longer beads in the corners and proceed to tap in (a rubber mallet is helpfull) from both ends leaving the middle till last.
If the unit has k glass it will need to be fitted the same side facing as it comes out and beware not to bump the corners as it will shatter.
