Hi. My patio door has either dropped, or was never installed properly (needs to be lifted up by approx 5mm). I can't work out how to adjust these 4 butt hinges. Nearly all topics I've read online say the central pins have adjustment via Allen key holes on both ends of the pin. Mine are just as shown in the photos. Obviously the tiny grub screws need to be loosened/removed, but then what? Hit the pin with a drift (whilst supporting the door)? Once out, how is the vertical adjustment made?, how is the horizontal adjustment made? I'm tempted to replace these 4 hinges with more modern ones, but I still need to dismantle the existing ones to access the baseplate Philips screw heads. Many thanks for reading. Mark
