I've seen a lot worse to be honest, the installer was trying his hardest with the measurements so as not to have to chop off your rendering to get a tighter fit, the other end with the horn cut against the render looks pretty tidy and well judged with the cut, again chopping off the render just so the horn can touch the brick is just creating more making good because you'll never match the rendering and textured paint

I'm not actually sure what you are trying to say, well I do sort of .. you think it was measured internally , rather than externally? What's the 10mm go to do with it? The sentence doesnt actually make sense to me
You mention you are having the render repaired ( replaced fully ?) , did you tell the installer that at manufacturing survey? I agree with Crank here , i have seen much much worse

So you are saying the window is too narrow by 10mm? ( in your opinion ). We've not had any information on the height to know if its too short.
Have you spoken to the installer about this? Looking at the pictures a 10-20mm Addon on the.width would have sufficed.

I might be wrong but it sounds like you are unhappy with the instalation and have decided yourself what the problem is and you are looking for someone to agree with you so that you can go back to installer and demand it's altered. But you haven't really provided enough pics of inside and outside for anyone to judge the whole job.

Yeah we get that. But as has been stated could.be to do with not wanting to damage the render ... IF you didn't communicate that render was being repaired regardless installer has , in my opinion, from the pictures alone , tried not disturb the render , as its possible the old frames were only 60mm deep and new are 70mm deep. Again , as stated, without more pictures we are working with very little information.

I cant say it enough , TALK TO THE INSTALLER, they are the ones who can answer your questions, we just dont have enough information
