Hello All,

I may have the name incorrect but that's the best way for me to describe them. Looking to replace a window with a round top, some may call it an arch. Though with arched windows the top can be pointed, whereas this one has a perfect semi-circle.

Just finding it hard to find suppliers for such windows. Did find one but the prices were really high. In fact buying a custom wooden sash in such form was far cheaper.

There is a supplier on ebay that provide just a semi-circle window for 200 quid. I was thinking of amalgamating that with a standard square UPVC window - is that a possibility or a hack job?

Any advice? Thanks!

Where are you based and are you a trades person?
There are only a few specialist bending company's in the UK.Most other company's will buy through them and just mark it up.
Ones off the top of my head are:
Arch'O'frame (not sure on this one but the name just sprung to mind).
Universal Archs
Rainbow Archs
Force 8 (mainly do doors but I think they have started doing windows too.
Some if not all of these company's will only deal with people in the trade though but worth a try.

Universals Arches my vote, never had any issues
£10 delivery
7 day lead time

Hehe
Ive only ever used Force 8 once about 10 years ago and found there after sales a bit rubbish. I needed to replace a split gasket and I must have had to phone and email them at least 30 times before they sent some out.

Universal Arch's haven't used them but great website, Quick to quote. Just a little pricey I found. Do the girls they had at the FIT show actually work for them or were they just models? Phew!!!!

I have used Rainbow Arch's. We did have a little mix up on sizes for a stunning Gothic arch window I did but they collected and sorted it within a week and there prices were alot lower than the other company's I got quotes from so they would get my vote.

These new Ad banners on this site are a pain in the ass!!!

The Gothic arch I did was so nice I feel the need to show it off so here you go. It was nearly £400 cheaper than Universal Arch's

I cant remember to be honest. They bend several makes but as it was quite an expensive window and it didn't need to match anything else I just asked them to do the cheapest profile.
I assume ovlo beads and frames would be a bit more work to bend nicely.
