upvc windows draughts and condensation

The windows in my flat were installed in 1995 before we moved in. There is condensation on certain windows and draughts coming through pretty much all of them. When it is really windy my daughters bedrom door actually blows open!!!

Is there anything that we can do to stop this or is it time for new windows??!!! help!!!

Condensation within the glass unit means the glass unit needs replacing

New rubber seals may cure the draught problem (if suitable profiles are still available), and the casement could possible be adjusted for a better fit.

Or the locking mechanism or handle could be adjusted to pull the casement tighter to the frame

Otherwise, its new frames
