CH problem tracked down to broken 2 port Actuator valve.
Had a SOPAC ZV 20-2-EB. This was wired into the same Junction box (Earth, Neutral, Live and Switched live) as the CH pump.

On the SOPAC Blue, Brown, and Green/Yellow were connected to the Jnc Box - 2 Black wires were just cut off.

Now I've had to buy a Honeywell V4043H (£81) and don't want to blow it up.

5 wires come from the Honeywell Actuator valve : BLUE, GREEN/YELLOW, GREY, ORANGE and BROWN
- according to the circuit dia. GREY goes to switched live, ORANGE goes to live from the boiler, and BROWN goes to 'C' from the cylinder stat?

I've wired 4 of the 5 wires
-BLUE --> NEUTRAL
-GREEN/YELLOW --> EARTH
-GREY --> SWITCHED LIVE
-ORANGE --> LIVE
and I have BROWN leftover - where's it go? - Have I got the others right?

Any help very gratefully received

USE the LNE in the valve as before and snip the grey and orange they are the equivalent of your two blacks in old valve
