hi there ive had eco boiler approx 2/3 yrs on one occasion I had no hot water or heating but the green light was on not the red light the baxi man came and confirmed to me the boiler had a safety cut out red button and this had to be reset ive got the front off the boiler but can I heck reset the button I cant even find it can anyone give me help just to see if it is this small fault There is no pilot light on at all

it wont work ive found the red/grey button inside the casing but it would seem to power up im going to contact someone to have a look at it im worried about the costonce you've pressed it and then gone thru the reset yes it should
