Urine stains.

Doing some electrical work at a friends house and as usual they think you know about all aspects of building!!
Any way in his bathroom he has a tiled floor and at the base of the pan the sealant has got urine stains around it. How to get rid of the stains, any ideas guys??Cheers!

Rake the sealant out and reseal

As it looks like I will be getting to do the work raking out was one thing I didn't want to do!! Oh well here goes!!!

It will make a better job than having to try clean pyss stains!
But you could attempt the old recipe of white vinegar and baking soda to make a cleaning paste.

Cut away the old pi55 stained stuff and get some sealant remover. It will turn what's left hard and you can just scrape it off.

Good luck. Personally, I would explain how to do it to my mate and let him crack on !!!
