That connector does not match the device you linked to, nor does the name you just spouted, and that adapter cannot seriously be expected to provide the 5A the device label says it requires.

I showed you the picture I linked a google image but your complaining that it's from google well I don't have a camera to take a picture so obviously I'm going to use google to get an exact copy of the charger how else do you expect me to take ampicturemof the charger

Once again here is the charger in the box I received with the product

And they have stated its a 110v/220v and to use a adaptor with it imdontmknowmwhich one is why I am asking here i also don't know what fuse should go in the adaptor 5amp 3 amp or 13 amp once I get it from amazon

I have come on here sorting advice and only getting verbal,insults I just need help grizzly identifying what I need? I don't know what he is doing in this forum if al he wants to do is annoy posters throw insults and been a right pain I think he should be off the forums

I don't care: The name Pivos is not on it. It is branded Aios.

Nonetheless, they are the people who make it. Aios is the model name, not the brand. Don't always believe how Amazon list things.

The back of the Aios box says the power input should be 12V dc 3A, so you need to find a UK socket compatible power supply that has output specifications to match. There is no indication of polarity on the Aios, which usually indicates that it isn't an issue.

Well how else are you ment to use products from abroad everyone else seems to suggest use a adaptor even some have said use a shaver plug type adapter with a 3 amp fuse

Thenbackmof the box is different to that model monkeh it takes a round pin at the back now grizzly how do I be sure the pin will fit the back ifmimdo match the 12v 3a
