Have recently bought a webcam, software installed no problem and pc responded when usb lead connected but wizard could not find drivers.
I returned webcam to store and bought a different model but still getting same problem.
The model i now have is Philips SPC230NC, when i look in device manager webcam is there but has a yellow question mark with an exclamatiom mark on top. When i go into properties it states unable to load drivers (code 28).
My knowledge of pc's is limited and iv'e tried everything i can think of, can anybody offer help or advice.
