Use of Zinsser Permawhite

SOmeone has asked me to paint their bathroom. They have a mildew problem and, for various reasons, won't be putting in an extractor......

So, I am thinking that Permawhite Satin be used on the walls and ceiling. Is this the only option really, assuming I can't convince them to go the extractor route?

Yes, it's the best paint for the job but you should make it really clear to them that it is not a magic wand - they need to ventilate the room as well.
