I love my 18ri. Clean system + filter=no problems with heat exch. Rapid heat up of system and very quiet. Very easy install, and versatile pipework connections. Yes, a bit of plastic, so not really comparing it with a WB combi.

I fit a lot of ideal, Vaillant, GlowWorm but that's more because customers want a known brand that they recognise or cupboard fit/ on show.
I would have to go with Dan on the Atag or Intergas if I get my way.
