using floor boards or sheets

What is the advantage of using floor boards ?

i am going to be doing my loft conversion and intend to use 22mm sheets. but i thought i would check if i am missing out on something.

would i be best to use boards or sheets ?

sheets are easier and quicker to lay and cheaper. floorboards though are handy to lift up with any problems imo .

I see it is the ability to take up an individual area. i may use floorboards in the shower area though.
