Using Senco/other brand screws in Makita Screwgun

I've got a Makita 6844 screwgun and want to use it for floor screws. Will Senco and Makita collated screws work with both machines, i.e. are they exactly the same?

I'm looing at using Senco ones like these in it:

there proper screws made for flooring ( thread at the top and the bottom so they pull the flooring down)
I'm not too sure if makita make them but Concept definatly do
ps the screwfix ones in your link are bloody expensive
