Utility meter location in cloakroom

Does anybody know if it is allowed to have Gas meter, Electricity meter and Fuse board located in a cloakroom (i.e. Toilette and sink).

I am thinking of converting the cupboard that houses my meters in to a cloakroom.

I would want the Gas meter next to the Electricity meter, next to the Fuse box. These would be mounted as far up the wall as posible, near to the ceiling. But the toilette would be almost underneath them. The sink would be about 4 foot away.

Is it ok to have gas meter right next to elect meter?
