Information about a Vaillant eco 418 gas boiler - is it suitable for heating 10 averaged size radiators ?

Yes, assuming normal rooms, at least average insulation and a property outside the arctic circle.

I have 10 rads in my semi and I have a Vaillant Ecotec plus 418. BG calculated that I only needed a 15Kw (Vaillant eco 415). I had the 418 but have it set at 15kw max output and it’s fine. I can always up the max output if it’s not delivering the required heat when it gets really cold.
