I have a Vaillant 824/2E boiler. When I turn on the hot tap the Central Heating flow pipe warms up. Although I am getting hot water it isn't piping hot. The CH flow pipe is the warmer of the two pipes to the touch.
Also when the cold start for the hot water is selected the boiler warms the CH flow pipe giving the impression the heating is on.
From reading other threads a faulty diverter valve is the first component that comes to mind. Would like your guys opinion before spending my hard earned cash.
