Vaillant 831 - D2 setting

hi, can someone explain to me what the D2 setting should be set too, range from 2 to 60. Seen a graph but doesn't help as have a modulating VCF350 controller.

If it's the same as my 418 I then it is anti-cycling control and its default of 20mins.

It's the Anti cycle time, how long it stays off for once its reached its maximum flow temperature. Theirs no need to alter it from the default 20. The actual time in anti cycle more will vary its self depending on what the set max flow temp is, which in your case will vary on its own if you have a 350 on analouge
