Vaillant Boiler making loud humming noise when hot water turned on

Hi all - new to this forum so hopefully following correct protcol. Vaillant ecoTec pro installed about 10 years ago. Started making loud humming high pitched noise when turning on the hot tap. please listen to the video in the mp4 contained in the zip file. Any ideas on the problem and what the fix might be ? Cheers in anticipation.

Can’t open the file. Best guess is DIverter valve, failed tap cartridge elsewhere or pump failure.

Thanks for that. wrt diverter valve and pump - that sounds like a job for a pro rather than this DIY'r. (btw the file I uploaded was a zip file which should have contained an mp4 video recorded taken with a phone which had the noise recorded - I had to do that as when I tried to upload the mp4 the computer said no)

Yes, that worked thank you. When I clicked on the zip file it just asked me what I wanted to open it with. @Unluckyjim that definitely sounds like the diverter valve - yes would need a pro.
