Hi,
I have a vaillant ecotech plus 618 boiler with a vr65 control centre and vrt 360f.
The batteries on the vrt 360f died the other night and my partner switched off the control centre before chaning the batteries (not sure why). Since it was switched back on the heating has not worked (although the hot water is fine).
We have checked the control centre and the green LED light appears to be completely off. I have checked the instructions and it has suggested checking the following:
1. check whether the main voltage cable is connected correctly;
2. check the mains fuse for the 230 v supply and reconnect the mains supply;
3. replace the mains fuse in the VR 65.
I know how to check the mains fuse, but I was wondering if anyone knows how to do number (3).
Obviously this might not fix the problem, so any other suggestions/ help would be really helpgul.
Thanks in advance!
