Vaillant Eco diverter failure

4 months ago I replaced the diverter valve on my Vaillant Eco Plus 830 combie boiler.
This fixed the problem: no hot water.
Now the problem has returned.
I have contacted the supplier but need to sort this out asap.
Any ideas?

Did u get a genuine spare as a few aftermarket ones around,is your system water clean

Since there could be several reasons for the boiler not to work I cannot see what the valve supplier could be expected to do. Boiler components do not come with any call out warrantee.

Only Gas Safe registered people are recommended to open a boiler like yours as this involves opening the gas sealed components.

Thanks for the replies.
I'm not sure if it is an original part. It is the same price as one from Vaillant.
Can they be cleaned after removal?
