We noticed a leak in our boiler and worked out it was the rubber hose, so replaced it and all seemed fine, but since then the heating is constantly on, and the hot water is intermittent, goes hot then lukewarm... it makes a shower an unpleasant experience... the boiler is about 5 years old, and has not been serviced regularly.. neve had any probs before... any help or advice would be gralty appreciated...
Feel I may need to call someone out but could do without the expense at this festive time of year...
