Vaillant ecopro 28

Hi guys, I have a vaillant eco pro 28 just 2 years old due for 2nd service , but it has just started to cut out (f28 and f29) when the heating is on and the hot water is run.
Makes a few clicking banging noises when 1st switched on. Any help would be much appreciated.

F.28 is an ignition problem, F.29 is the flame going out unexpectedly. Could be a misadjusted gas valve; is it coming up to being due for a service, or overdue? If it's just coming up to being due or only slightly over, call Vaillant and they should come out to sort it under warranty. If it's more than a few weeks overdue you'll need to get it serviced first

Gas or ignition problem, have you tried reset?
If reset does not work, then Gas safe engineer required.
