Vaillant Ecotec plus 415 Boiler noise

Since being installed in Aug 13 the boiler makes a vibrating noise about 10mins after coming on in the morning. The noise gradually gets louder and the dies away after about 5mins.The noise can be heard all over the house.
Vaillant engineers have altered settings and even replaced the burner but as soon as we have frosty nights the noise returns.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

All I can say is continue to pester Vaillant to sort it out.

These are usually very quiet and reliable boilers.

Is there anything you have not told us?

What does the Gas Safe installer say about it?

Could be a thermostatic radiator valve with reverse flow.
Next time it happens close all radiators off and see if it stops. If it does swap that TRV.

Vaillant due to visit again today so hopefully get it sorted out

Check if bypass been fitted? Or when they installed it they dont put inhibitor.
